Clam Chowder Cook-Off

The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring the community together for the 2020 Edmonds Clam Chowder Cook-Off, a fundraiser for the annual 4th of July Parades and Fireworks!

10 local restaurants & 1 international team from Japan will compete to win “BEST Clam Chowder in Edmonds.”

The public votes for the People’s Choice Award for Best Traditional and Best Cutting-Edge Chowder (anything outside of “traditional” chowder), plus the Best Booth. There is also a Celebrity Judged category.

SCHEDULE TIME
Early Entry Ticket Holders ($20-per-person) 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
General Ticket Holders ($12.50-advanced purchase/$15-at-the-door) 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Tickets

Purchase your tickets in advance HERE through Wednesday, Feb. 19th. After the 19th you can purchase tickets at the event.

Each ticket includes tasting of all contending restaurants.

Early Entry: $20 per person. Includes early entry & bottled water. Only the FIRST 100 Early Entry guests through the door receive a souvenir collector’s mug! (11am to 1pm)
General Entry: $12.50 per person (1pm to 3pm) ($15 at the door)

In addition to the chowder, the event will include live music by STRUM.

Proceeds from the cook-off support the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, so it can continue to bring wonderful community events to the city of Edmonds.

Parking: On the street and in the gravel parking lot across the street (no cost), handicap parking available in Yacht Club parking lot.

Additional Info/Notes:

  • Souvenir mugs: With purchase of Early Entry ticket, first 100 guests through the door receive souvenir collector’s mugs!
  • Entertainment: Strum- live music- Ukulele Band
  • Beverages: water and soda for purchase – $2 each
  • Coat Check: The Edmonds Chamber Foundation will take cash donations for coat check with proceeds going towards the WISH Fund, a “safety net” for Edmonds businesses.
