Got an injured employee?

L&I’s Stay at Work Program reimburses employers when they provide light-duty jobs to injured workers. Eligible employers can be reimbursed for 50% of the worker’s wages (up to $10,000) for up to 66 light-duty working days.

Even if none of your workers has a current claim, an L&I consultant can meet with you now to help you remove barriers that prevent future injured workers from maintaining employment.
