Rachel began her journey in retail sales at a clothing boutique and later transitioned into the fine jewelry industry, where she quickly discovered an excitement for driving sales and elevating the customer experience. One of her proudest moments was transforming a struggling store into one of the top-performing locations in the region. Through this experience, she learned firsthand the power of strategic engagement and communication in transforming customer relationships and retention, and she is now dedicated to sharing it with you!
