We approach our practice knowing it’s not only about the diagnosis. LightHeart's mental health treatment is about understanding how people think, feel, and interact in different settings. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe environment that promotes trust while guiding each individual on their journey toward growth and well-being. Talk therapy or medication management is available in-person at our Edmonds clinic or virtually via telehealth. We accept almost all insurances and have no waitlist.
